Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord.(Psalms 34:11)

Trust in Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

To everything there is a season. A time for every purpose under heaven. (Ecc. 3:1)

The Ministry welcomes

James & Rhonda Thornton

Ministry Administrators & Executive Directors

During their service with Georgian Native & Outreach Ministries (GNOM) over the past 5 years they’ve been supporters, joined the board of directors and then became part-time missionaries in 2014.  They are currently raising support to enable them to serve Ontario’s Indigenous people full-time; in the Lord’s time, in His will and with His blessings.  As of January 1/17 they’ve begun their journey as Executive Directors.

Many of our campers are fully subsidized at a cost of $300-350/week of camp.  This is only made possible by our generous ministry partners and volunteers.  The ministry has seen many changes over its 19  year existence.  The world around us has become so busy and fast with all the new technology.  The lack of common sense, lack of family standards and moral decline.  The loss of the meaning of Holy matrimony.  We feel an urgency to reach children at a younger age as we see the age of innocence becoming younger all the time.  In this day and age many are taking on the role of adults by the age of 11 or 12.  Only one thing has remained the same; Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Heb. 13:8) We thank Him for His promises, His love and His faithfulness in His work with (GNOM).  We give Him all the glory.  We rejoice in knowing that He has a perfect plan for each and everyone of us.  We thank you now for your past, present and future prayers, support and service in Him.  We are reaching out for volunteers for a week of camp Aug. 20-25 at Camp Endobanah near Norland, On.  We have a need for camp nurses, junior and teen cabin leaders, lifeguards, music, games, crafts, sports, kitchen workers and junior and teen teachers.  Please contact us for available dates for us to share our ministry needs and vision with you or your group.

Please join us in prayer;

We have a need for good quality reusable water bottles for the campers.

We are trusting the Lord is preparing a camp property, we will need partners, we ask that you pray and listen for the Lord’s leading.  We are seeking those who He draws to the reality of this camp vision.

Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. (John 16:24)

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 1:7)

Blessings in Him,

Big Foot & Ms. Kitty
