Ministry Update March 2019

Dear Friends,

Hello, in the midst of what has been called an old fashion winter with much cold and snow in the Parry Sound area and across Canada, we’ve been asked weekly by the children, “When is Smoky Trail Camp?”  The younger children continue to ask, “How old do we have to be to go to camp?”  These questions warm our hearts even during the coldest days.  With your prayers, support and willingness to serve the Lord at Smoky Trail Bible Camp; we are able to give them a date for camp.  We thank the Lord for each and every fellow servant, past, present and future.

We will be returning to Camp Endobanah again July 15-20/19, with staff arriving on Monday July 15 and the campers arriving on Tuesday July 16.  It is with glad hearts that we’ve been able to partner with Child Evangelism Fellowship Ontario (C.E.F.) again this year, they will provide much of the junior camper program.  There is still a great need for volunteers including lifeguards, nurses, male & female cabin counsellors, game & event coordinators, teen chapel teacher, music & worship leaders, craft helpers and kitchen staff.  If you’re able to serve at camp for 1, 2 days or for the entire week, your help would be appreciated.  As always, the more staff we have, the more children we are able to accommodate and share the Good News of Jesus and the hope we have in Him!  Please contact us with any questions you may have or if you would like us to visit your church/group so you can learn more about His ministry at Smoky Trail.

Again, we thank you for your prayers, support and loving hearts for the work with Georgian Native & Outreach Ministries.

… and at the command of the Lord they would camp. (Numbers 9:18)
