Fall 2020 Prayer Letter
Prayer is the key that unlocks all doors. Prayer is the bridge between panic and peace.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Heb. 11:1)
God never made a promise that was too good to be true. (Dwight L. Moody)
We are forever grateful to you for your prayers and support in these uncertain times. As we approach the end of 2020 and look ahead to 2021 there are as many unanswered questions in this world as there were in the springtime. We are living in times of great worldwide confusion. The phrase “unprecedented times” and “the new normal” are woven into our daily conversations. This year has been a season of reflection, a time to rethink and retool our approach to the way we’ve carried out our ministries for years. Looking ahead there doesn’t appear to be any sort of timeline for the return to what we’ve known as “normal.”
We give all glory to God that He has a perfect plan, that He is in control and all things will work out for good to those who love Him. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
At this time, we’re inviting you to journey with us in prayer as we navigate through this season of uncertainty. Prayer honors God, acknowledges His being, exalts His power, adores His providence, and secures His aid. His word tells us to pray without ceasing; in everything by prayer; continuing instant prayer; pray everywhere and praying always.
We’re reaching out with 1000 plus ministry prayer letters. Seeking unity with you - our brothers and sisters in Christ across this fine country and beyond. As we ask our God, the Creator of heaven and earth for hope, healing, deliverance, truth, justice and true divine reconciliation between the Church (the body of Christ) and the First Peoples of Canada. We’re asking you to “pray big” for the Holy Spirit to work mightily in these communities from coast to coast, to pray with “deep faith,” truly believing the Lord hears and answers our prayers in His will, in His way and in His time. Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our Faith…
Ask in prayer; ask in my name; ask Father, ask in faith believing you will receive. (Matt. 21:22) (1 John 5:14) (John14-16). Jesus prays for Himself, His disciples and for all believers. (John 17).
In the upcoming months we hope to be able to totally change from conventional mail to email for our prayer letters and ministry updates. Please forward your current email address to us, thank you in advance.
The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and wonderful results. (James 5:16)
